What I make for business lunches
- Fully loaded sandwiches and wraps, made fresh on the day with premium breads and generous fillings. There's a smaller platter for 6 too.
- Gourmet finger sandwiches, perfect when you're meeting clients and want something a little more polished.
- Brioche slider platters, soft brioche buns with gourmet cold fillings. Always a crowd favourite.
- Queen of the Nosh grazing platters with cheeses, meats, fruit, dips and antipasto for something to share.
- Fresh fruit platters to keep things light.
- Pastry platters if your meeting starts early or runs into the afternoon.
Everything is cold and ready to serve, so there's no chafing dishes, no fuss and no mess in the boardroom.
