Christmas catering for your team, sorted early

The end of the year gets busy fast, and nobody wants to be the one ringing around for catering the week before the break-up. Nosh & Nibble makes fresh, cold Christmas catering for office parties, end-of-year lunches and client thank-yous across the Gold Coast. It's easy to serve, looks festive on the table, and there's nothing to heat.

Book early this year

• Think about November. An early end-of-year lunch in November is a great way to beat the December rush.
• December mornings are fully booked until the 18th. If you're after a December date, get in touch and we'll see what we can do. Afternoon pickup from our Helensvale kitchen may still be available.
• The last order day for Christmas is Tuesday 22 December.
• Christmas and New Year: we're closed from 23 December and reopen on Monday 4 January 2027.
• Summer break: we'll be closed again from about 29 January to 15 February 2027, so plan any late-summer events around those dates.

All orders need at least 24 hours' notice (shorter notice may be possible, just ask), but at this time of year, the earlier you book the better your chance of getting the date you want.

What to order for an office Christmas

• Queen of the Nosh grazing platters: cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, crackers and dips. It's the centrepiece of most Christmas tables.
• Fully loaded sandwich and wrap platters to keep everyone properly fed.
• Brioche slider platters, an easy crowd favourite.
• Fresh fruit platters: summer fruit at its best.
• Salad jars and individual salad bowls for a lighter option on a hot day.
• Crostini and antipasto skewers for a drinks-style get-together.
• Individual lunch boxes if your team is spread across sites or shifts.

Keeping it fresh in the heat

Gold Coast summers are hot, so all our catering is cold and made fresh on the day. Keep the food in the fridge until you're ready to serve, and avoid leaving it out in the sun. If your party is outdoors, platters are best put out just before people eat.

Dietary requirements

We have vegetarian options including salad sandwiches and egg and lettuce sandwiches, gluten-free bread and wraps for a small surcharge, and dairy-free options on request. Just add your numbers to the order notes.
