How Ordering, Delivery & Pickup Works
- Order online or request a custom quote: Add your platters directly to cart from our online catering menu, or get in touch with your date, guest numbers and budget for a tailored recommendation.
- At least 24 hours' notice: Our standard notice is 24 hours. For major event dates like Melbourne Cup (Tuesday 3 November 2026), November and December Christmas parties, and large functions, please book as early as possible before kitchen capacity fills.
- Dietary requirements: We cater for vegetarian, gluten-friendly (gluten-free bread and wrap surcharge available) and dairy-free guests — simply include your dietary numbers in the order notes at checkout.
- $35 flat-rate Gold Coast delivery or free Helensvale pickup: We deliver across the Gold Coast for a flat $35 delivery fee (covering Helensvale, Coomera, Hope Island, Yatala, Southport, Bundall, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Robina, Varsity Lakes, Burleigh Heads and surrounding suburbs). Free pickup from Helensvale QLD 4212 is also available by appointment (view pickup details).
- Operating hours: Our kitchen and delivery hours are 7am to 2pm Monday to Friday, with weekends available by appointment for private parties, weddings and special events.

What sizes do the Queen of the Nosh grazing platters come in?
Our signature Queen of the Nosh grazing platter is available in four sizes: Small ($110, serves 2–4 guests), Medium ($175, serves 6–8 guests), Large ($230, serves 10–12 guests), and Extra Large ($350, grazes up to 20 people). For groups of 12 or more, you can also order Boardroom Grazing at $20 per person.
Is all of your event catering cold?
Yes. Everything we prepare is fresh, cold catering made on the day of your event in our Helensvale kitchen and delivered ready to serve straight to the table — no reheating or equipment required. Please keep platters refrigerated until you are ready to serve.
How much is delivery across the Gold Coast?
Delivery across the Gold Coast is a flat $35. You can also choose free pickup from Helensvale QLD 4212 by appointment when you place your order.
How far in advance should I book for Melbourne Cup or Christmas?
Our standard requirement is at least 24 hours' notice, however Melbourne Cup (Tuesday 3 November 2026) and November/December Christmas dates book out early. We recommend booking as soon as your event date is confirmed. Our last order day before Christmas is Tuesday 22 December 2026 (closed 23 December 2026 – 3 January 2027, reopening Monday 4 January 2027).
Do you cater on weekends for birthdays, bridal showers or weddings?
Yes! Our regular hours are 7am–2pm Monday to Friday, and weekend orders are available by appointment. Send us a quick enquiry with your weekend date and guest count to check availability.
